How do I calculate how many tiles I need to order?
Measure the total square footage of your area and add a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. Our online calculator on each product page can assist with these estimations.
What is your return policy for overstocked tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that individual tiles or samples cannot be returned, and a restocking fee may apply.
How are tiles shipped to ensure they don't break?
We use specialized heavy-duty packaging and secure pallet shipping for large orders. While we take every precaution, if you receive damaged items, please report them within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Can I request a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since natural stone and ceramic glazes can vary in color and texture, samples help you see how the tile looks in your space's specific lighting.
Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?
Each product listing specifies the 'PEI Rating' and usage suitability. While all floor tiles can be used on walls, not all wall tiles are durable enough for floor traffic.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Tile Store is a premium supplier only. While we do not provide installation, we can offer a list of recommended certified contractors in your local area upon request.
