Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific quantity of full, unopened boxes you wish to return.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the tiles in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them onto a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large orders.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tiles to ensure they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
